I’ve had 3 piercings here ( 2nd lobes, naval and recently helix). I’ve never had any complications and found staff to be incredibly polite and friendly, prices also very reasonable ❤️

Paige is amazing! She has done the best job ever on my hair. She listened to my concerns and where my problem areas where and she has fit my weave perfectly. Excellent customer service too fromAll of the team there, Paige is my go to girl now! Can not recommend her enough.

Went there to have my lip pierced..the staff was nice and gave me my aftercare instructions as normal..but even tho I did this my piercing still had gotten swollen,red and irritated..I had to remove it since the ring had came loose inside of my lip and caused alot of pain.

Place is a joke. Not trained properly and all my piercings from there got infected even after I looked after them properly. Never had an issue with piercings till now, do not come here !!

Been here for all of my piercing and not had one problem with any of them. Had 6 piercing done by them. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful and we filled out the whole form about getting consent for the piercing with my mum and she ripped it in front of me and refused to give us the piercing because they didn’t believe she was my mum. My mum also doesn’t understand English so we were helping her with where to write things on the form and they used that as an excuse to say that my mum isn’t my mum and said no to piercing my ears. I proved she was my mum too but they were just arrogant and called us liars. Do not recommend going there and will never go back there as to how rude they were.

Went in today to get my nose piercing changed and the two staff (lady with black and blond hair and a lovely guy who helped me change it) were amazing! Im awful with pain and changing them and they were fantastic with recommendations and taking their time to help me be more comfortable

Purchased this for £5 for the top of my ear. Went rusty after one month. Not surgical steel like stated on the packaging. Fake cheap jewellery! I've loads of Piercing Jewellery not one has gone rusty over the years.

I got 22 inch ultimate hair extensions. The lovely Jemma fitted them for me and she did an absolute amazing job. I thought it would be impossible because I've barely got any hair and half of it is shaven!! But she absolutely smashed it and I left feeling like a brand new woman. Thank you girls ❤️❤️❤️
