Very handy collection of DIY shops with Screwfix and Toolstation, the staff in Screwfix have always been really friendly and helpful (especially Theresa), and the customers can be amazing too - I had a flat battery and couldn't start my car, and a customer came to my rescue with one of the little battery pack boosters, I don't know who he was to thank him properly though.

Good range of products available at different outlets, trade stations and also a gym all in this area. Building, garden, DIY and other outlets. Pub and b&b toward the end of the road and a recycling centre too.

Its a trade park could do with a mobile cafe but other than that what you want has good parking access to the shops for able and less well able people wheelchair access. Only fault no security onsight.

It has a range of places for heating and electrical trades. There is a set of stores behind the ones that are visible from the road (discovered recently and got my kitchen floor done at one of them from the back).
