Very good,came out with more than I went in

Spent a load of money in the Chinese and was sent in to get a load of Ice Cream in tubs. Problem was their Tubs had no Lids for transport. I suggested using some coffee cups from the machine as they had lids but this wasn't allowed. Judging by the profit on Ice cream I think it was a bit stupid too?

Well stocked shop but the staff are not friendly and can be uninterested

Why are the staff so rude in this store? Literally every time I’m in the staff are so rude and sometimes borderline aggressive. Like, I’m sorry if you hate your job but that’s no reason to treat humans like garbage. Today I went in to buy the nutri lean pancakes and the young fella serving me didn’t say hello, wouldn’t look at me and after scanning my items he literally threw them down on the counter. I made a point of looking at him and saying thank you but it was a waste of time. I’ve had more pleasant interactions primates than I did with him. Aside from it being poor customer service it’s just bad manners. As soon as I find somewhere closer to home that sells these pancakes I won’t be darkening the door of this place again. It fills me with dread going into the place but if I want these pancakes I just have to.

Staff not friendly, have an atm which is rarely working. Which means you have to spend money on things you didn't want and you can't buy electric or gas with your debit or c card. Avoid like the plague!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Almost everytime I've been in, they've overcharged me for something, it's usually a so called 'offer'. Not only that but most of the staff are very rude and unhelpful. It would be hard to find a worse shop than this!

This is a well situated shop, i find the staff pleasant but not the very young guy with dark hair who never says hello or thank you, hes always chatting to other staff members and never looks at the customers, very rude, was he never taught manners!Also check the prices, check your receipt, not the cheapest shop

Again today 12/8/23 I went in and asked for a lottery ticket and got completely ignored by some surly youth, when he decided to eventually get my ticket I said it’s nice to feel invisible and he cheekily said what mate. Funny how he heard that, to centra and the owner can you get some staff with some manners? Totally sick of being ignored by ignorant staff more bothered about talking to each other . I asked two of the women if I could buy my shopping because they were clearly ignoring me as they chatted. I got an angry sigh and dirty look then a sarcastic thank you. I felt like telling them there are other shops but they obviously don’t care. I think the male manager is too frightened to ask them to do their job? Pretty poor!

Very uninterested staff. Need to stop yackin amongst themselves and pay more attention to the customers.
