Couldn't be happier with the care my mum gets, all the staff are friendly and my mum loves them all and they go above and beyond their job and I know I don't have to worry about her with caremark unlike the other care agency she has been with, can't thank all the carers enough for what they do

Caremark provided in home care three times a day for Mum, thereby allowing Mum to stay in her own flat until her dementia reached a stage where that was no longer a safe option. Mum liked the daily visits.Any time my brother or I contacted Caremark we were always reassured by their professionalism, giving us both peace of mind.

At the beginning, the Manager took the time to find out our needs and gave a thorough assessment. The staff all had a willing smile and were cheerful. They were all trained well and professional in their behaviour.
