Nothing was too much trouble after problems getting the delivery company to coincide with a time when my brother was in to receive his surprise flowers. I found this company on a TV piece about flower miles several years ago. Have used them ever since..and they have provided flowers for many family occasions. Customer service is amazing and well worth the extra cost. Flowers last so much longer than ones from a supermarket..
