Ordered online for delivery almost £200 worth of shopping. Two whole chickens and a packet of ham expired the day they delivered, i didn't realise until the next day so the whole lot ended up in the bin. I won't be returning and it's disgusting to take advantage of deliveries this way. If something is due to go off that day you are suppose to reduce it and stick it on the shelf but instead I suffered the cost.

I love this supermarket as it has got some great deals and all my essential food items. Also lots of variety and great food to choose from. And loads of dessert treats that are scrumptious!! I would also like to see more animal welfare products from decent and compationate farms. Also more free-range eggs. Excellent value for money too. The staff are very sweet, helpful and friendly too, a superb place to do your shopping.

Update 21/07/22 still no food, still refund. The store now turns the phone off. Customer services have confirmed they have tried contacting the store but the phone is turned off.Update 20/07/22 ordered home delivery, never arrived! Customer services lines are closed (21:00), store is shut. Simple no option available to find out what's happened with my shopping.Previous +be comments removed as your only as good as your last effort which was 0%.Any chance I can have my money back please.

Iceland Supermarket Portslade
Well stocked shop with a good variety of - mostly processed- frozen foodstuff and shelf goods too. Some interesting foreign foods. Small section of fresh goods and dairy items, also household necessities. Compact section of alcoholic drinks. No parking zone outside but just a little further along there is limited parking on both sides and Tesco, nearly opposite have car park at rear.I have needed help a few times when shopping in Iceland and I must say that the staff here are very helpful indeed.
