Cruise Azure Parking Meet & Greet and Park&Ride

Really great service from a friendly team. From our initial contact, through communication of joining instructions, the drop off before and the collection of the car after our holiday. I cannot recommend Azura enough. It was the smoothest parking we have ever experienced. I will definitely use them for our cruise parking in Southampton again.

This is the second time that I have used Cruise Azure Parking and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t book with anyone else. If you want safe, secure parking, peace of mind, convenience, friendly and reliable service with great communication then this is the company for you. Our cruise left from the Ocean terminal and returned to the Mayflower terminal but our car was waiting for us in the car park right next to the ship.Thank you Deborah and all your team.

How fantastically easy! Cruise Azure Parking fully met (and exceeded) our expectations; the parking was just opposite the cruise ship and after unloading the suitcases directly outside the terminal, my husband drove a couple of hundred yards away where he was met by one of Cruise Azure's attendants and left the car with them to be parked. Instructions and directions were clear and easy to follow and the process was just as simple upon our return. We were met by a lovely lady who offered to help us with our cases and returned our keys to us. I would highly recommend this company and we definitely intend to use them again next year. An excellent service from start to finish. The flags by the Mercedes’ car in the port adjacent car park could have been more prominent but we eventually found the area and was met by a very helpful lady on arrival. Car was checked and keys handed over.When we returned we met the gentleman straight away and he was welcoming and polite. He helped us with your luggage to our waiting car. First class from start to finish. I will definitely use this service again in the future .

I cannot praise Cruise Azure Parking enough. This is the second time we have used them and they will always be our first choice. The set up is so quick, smooth and efficient. You simply drive into the short term car park opposite the terminal, where a very nice member of the Azure team meets you. We handed over the keys, he put our luggage on a trolley and we just crossed the road into the terminal. I don’t think the whole procedure took more than 8 minutes. The return was just as pleasant and efficient. Thank you Deborah and Saap for providing such an excellent service

I was very impressed with the whole experience. The directions they sent me were easy to follow and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Azure parking was right in front of the ship. My car was ready for me as soon as I got off the ship and the keys were handed over immediately. The price was very reasonable and I will certainly use this company again for future cruises .

Cruise Azure were brilliant. Very efficient service. They knew our ship returned to a different dock & had our car waiting at the right place. Other passengers weren't so lucky. We booked to have the car washed and it looked absolutely immaculate. The staff were very willing to assist with luggage & arrange a trolley. Would definitely recommend them.

Just returned from a cruise and our first time using Cruise Azure Parking. Wish we had found them before as the service was excellent from booking to disembarkation. Good communication and helped out initially when I had put the wrong terminal initially for embarkation.Returned to a different terminal and even though they were very limited on car spaces the car was ready and waiting so we were on the road very quickly.The man we checked in and out with was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again and throughly recommend to anyone sailing from Southampton.

Terrific service, always with a smile. Really efficient and courteous with great communication especially as I messed up my last booking. They contacted me and sorted everything out quickly and pleasantly. Would most certainly recommend Azure to everyone.
