Attended a local school to repair a toilet which had caused a flood.

We had a problem with our boiler. The engineer came out almost straight away. Very pleasant and sorted it out on the spot. Quick and efficient . Will definitely recommend and use again.

My first time using Tim Vice and I could not be more impressed. I called up approx. 8 a.m. yesterday and explained that my boiler (around 20 years old) had stopped working, AGAIN!I had a gas engineer call round the next hour who assessed the boiler and explained to me that after the cost of materials to repair it, it's worth just swapping the entire thing.Dan provided me a quote in the next 10 minutes and before 10 am, the gas engineers had come back with a new boiler.They worked non stop and had my central heating up and running before days end, they even had a plasterer come free of charge to patch the ceiling.I cannot thank Tim and the lads enough, I will definitely be using them for any issues I have in the future.I don't normally post reviews, but after the service yesterday I felt that I had to.Thanks again Tim,Matt @ Walton.

Fantastic service, heating broke during a very cold spell of weather (as it does!!) An engineer was sent out the same day, diagnosed the fault and fixed it within the hour. We now have piping hot heating again and at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

The plumber who came out was really helpful and provided a quote really quickly. Once I had the quote I had some questions, I emailed the address provided the next day with my questions, two days passed and I didn't have a response so I decided to call, the lady on the phone was really helpful and said they have not looked at it yet but she would bring it to someone's attention.. I'm still awaiting a reply over two weeks later and ended up putting in work around.5 stars for the interaction with the staff but 3 stats for the overall experience.

Fitted parents boiler and radiators, then on boiler service decided that it wasn’t working properly due to their incorrect installation. Left pensioners for weeks and weeks without hot water and heating. Months later still not fixed however wanted to charge them £2000 for the pleasure.Another plumber fixed their incompetence for £140 for parts and labour.

Messy work wrecked a pair of my new trainers with the mess they created. Took into there own hands without asking to use my hoover to clear their dust up to. Wouldn't recommend using these.

Fantastic, very happy my landlord booked tim, very accommodating of my disability stuff, friendly, and went hunting for a piece al instead of ordering it, so he could finish the job in one day, and attached a fitting for a dishwasher for my carer to just that wasn't on the jobs list. Thankyou!
