I've joined Dorthe's spin classes from 2018 - 2022, in person and also remotely via ZOOM during lockdown and the spin classes were fun, but conducted professionally. Dorthe has a wealth of knowledge and I can highly recommend her services.

Dorthe was recommended to me by a friend, as she works wonders! The wealth of knowledge and experience this women has is incredible. I intially went to her for really debilitating migraines as a result of neck pain, which subsided after each session. Not only did she help this she also supported me with my anxiety going hand in hand with my migraines. Dorthe is so approachable and gives a very calming presence, which was so reassuring! I Woud highly recommend her, she listens to you and looks at the bigger picture!

I recommend Dorthe to anyone who will listen, she is incredible! I dealt with years of muscular pain following a snowboarding accident and she managed to work out exactly which areas to target to help relieve the pain. I’ve attended a few of her Pilates classes, too - they’re great. Amazing at what she does, and on top of that she is possibly one of the kindest people I have ever met. 100% recommended!

I have been to Dorthe a number of times over the years for back, neck and shoulder pain. She worked her magic each time and I could not recommended her enough. As well as having magic hands, she is so knowledgeable and wise. She makes you feel at ease with her gentle and compassionate approach.
