I called Ian as I had one of those scam messages from Microsoft which ask a fortune to remove it. He came out asap and sorted the problem. He also told me exactly what it was and how to get rid of it if it happened again. A lovely guy so glad I called him. I will definitely be recommending Mobile Computer Services. Excellent service, my desktop PC had been running slow and crashing for months, Ian diagnosed the problem straight away. It was fixed and returned on the same day. Would definitely recommend.

I called on Ian to ask if he could fix a problem with my computer although he had customers that day he would come to my house, in the late afternoon. True to his word he came and fixed my problem. I was so impressed with his knowledge I am having a new up to date computer built to my requirements. He is such a nice and friendly man.

Rang Ian as my laptop crashed, he came out within 24 hours, knew what the problem was and got it sorted for me. Very happy with the service, will be keeping his number in case of any future problems, highly recommend.

I had to change my broadband provider and when the new system was up and running, my computer refused to allow me access. I contacted Ian who with great patience and good humour put the problem right for me. I am an elderly widow and without his help I would have been lost. I have no hesitation in recommending Mobile Computer Services and should I have a problem in the future, I will certainly contact him.
