I went to Natalia for acupuncture to help with my egg freezing journey. She is very understanding, empathetic and offers helpful advice. As well as helping me through my egg freezing journey, acupuncture allowed me to manage side effects from medications and endometriosis, bettering me mentally and physically. Thanks Natalia!

After being referred to the fertility services by our GP I was quickly diagnosed with PCOS and put on a wait list for ovarian drilling. Everything was completely out of our control so I looked for something I could do to help myself and began to read about acupuncture. Not knowing anyone who had had acupuncture before I searched online and found Natalia. A quick email to her and I found out she could support me with both the PCOS and fertility.I booked in and had an initial consultation and first treatment and came away feeling great as someone had listened to me, someone cared about what I was saying and Natalia had a plan to support me in the best way she could. She is so knowledgable and so supportive so every week the treatment was tailored to my cycle to the day. Over the following months my cycle began to be a more regular and my sleep benefited amongst other things. I had weekly sessions for around 9 months and then came another surgery to remove a blocked Fallopian tube. I had acupuncture about a week after the surgery and then fell pregnant quickly after that (Natalia was the first person to find out due to a session an hour after we found out!). I continued my weekly sessions until I was around 23 weeks pregnant and would have continued through the whole pregnancy had it not been for Covid and lockdown 1.Natalia was always so supportive and there to be a listening ear when I needed it. Her expertise helped me in many different ways and I will be forever grateful for her support to get us to our goal. One great result was that after the second surgery I was told my ovaries looked ‘normal’ which was a big surprise and I put that down to the acupuncture.I would highly recommend acupuncture with Natalia as not only did it give me hope throughout our fertility journey but we have a beautiful little girl from it as well.

I started seeing Natalia for regular acupuncture sessions in July 2022. After years of difficulty trying to conceive, Natalia focused on the importance of emotional healing before working on what I would call the more physical acupuncture points for fertility. Each session was thorough and responded to my needs/ my body. Natalia is incredibly knowledgeable - I don’t think that there is anything she doesn’t know and whilst you’re on this journey it can feel isolating but she keeps you focused on the positive. This is easier said than done but I also know how important this is. There were results after my first session.I saw Natalia weekly and she went through everything that she was doing. She may or may not know this but when there were times when I just needed to talk - she was like a friend at the same time and would stay in the room longer with me.One week, one of the sessions felt very different. Very different. As it turns out, this is the week that we conceived.When I told Natalia that I was pregnant she said she wouldn’t need to see me so often and I wasn’t ready for this - thankfully we continued regular sessions.She truly prepared my body then for nurturing and for labour. A long labour with barely any pain relief and I put that down to Natalia.We now have our baby boy.What I will say is, that if you are reading this, contact Natalia. Natalia is so informative and knows everything you need to know about accupuncture and Chinese medicine. She ensures your comfortable and takes full background history.I was on my 8th round of IVF and am now pregnany so she’s done the job perfectly!

We first came across fertility acupuncture whilst reading articles through our IVF support pages and after our first round of IVF was sadly unsuccessful. After sheepishly searching what was available in our area, we emailed Natalia through her website for further info. Within a day we had spoken and arranged a consultation. From the moment we spoke it was clear that the diagnosis and plan of treatment made complete sense to what was required for us and our fertility journey. During each session Natalia educated us with how to prepare my body and utilise the treatment to optimise it’s potential. Each treatment not only helped physically prepare my body for our next embryo transfer but it also helped control my anxiety and stress levels enormously. Eventually our transfer came and Natalia tailored the treatments around our IVF progression. I can’t describe how much these sessions helped me through the `2 week wait’ until the best day of our life came round and we had our big fat positive pregnancy test. We feel that from then on, the acupuncture sessions kept me physically and mentally healthy to grow our little one through those vital stages. Natalia and her acupuncture practice were invaluable throughout my fertility journey. I initially attended to address issues around endometriosis and egg quality, my symptoms eased almost instantly and my quality of life improved for the first time in years. Natalia then supported me through my IVF journey which was successful on the first attempt. Natalia is a true professional. She puts you at ease and is extremely knowledgeable. I was suffering from lower back pain and following my treatment with Natalia the results were staggering. I was able to enjoy 'pain free' walks again which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her.
