Unique Kickboxing is the best around! Been kickboxing with Matt for 17 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better coach but not just a coach so much more! Working my way through my belts and achieving my Senior Black Belt I couldn’t thank Matt enough and it will always be like my second home x

I can not recommend Unique enough, my two sons have additional needs and have been going for around 2 years now, the difference it has made to my eldest is unbelievable, his confidence has improved in every aspect of life. Matt is more than just a trainer he is a mentor to all the boys. the atmosphere is not like any other gym, everyone is so friendly & the gym is a safe place for all!

Always a daunting thought going into a new gym as a beginner but everyone here is so welcoming and friendly, you just fit in straight away. Special thanks to Matt who makes a real effort to make sure you feel confident with the drills. Top gym, highly recommend.

Went for the first time last week, I thought it would be really scary as I didn’t know what I was doing. However, as soon as we started, Matt (the trainer) was so kind, helpful and made me not feel stupid when I couldn’t remember the sequences.Really recommend if you want to build confidence and lose weight, it was great fitness.Look forward to going back again.

Great gym. Caters to all ability levels from beginner to professional, the instructors are always happy to help and answer questions and the crowd are friendly. Equipment has just had a re-furb and they're always on top with the latest gizmos. They don't go easy on you though they will work you HARD. But that's what you're paying for, right? Kids classes are well organised to their ability level and with a good mix of fun, learning and fitness.
