Five points wrestling is a brilliant place for those interested in wrestling or wanting to keep fit. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, and the sessions cater to various abilities. The classes are welcoming, provide an excellent workout, and are informative. Highly Recommend the six weeks beginner course!

Only olympic wrestling (freestyle/greco roman) club in north east with excellent coaching and awesome atmosphere. Training catered for people of all levels and backgrounds. Sports specific Strength and conditioning training available here too. Cannot recommend enough.
