In-Time Watch & Jewellery Repairs

Just been to Cardiff branch to get my wife’s gold charm bracelet looked at. The two female staff members where charming and very helpful. Bracelet repaired within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Took my Michael kors watch in today for a battery replacement expecting it to be sent away and to be without it for 2-3weeks and it was all done within 30 minutes. Thankyou to the gentleman who did the replacement for me, not sure of his name but I know he had a 3 hour commute, friendly and efficient service.

Had links taken out of a watch and battery replaced, did an amazing job and worked outside the clock to get it done in time for the end of my trip! Very much appreciated and lovely staff!

Wish to express mine and my wifes thanks to Jam at In Time, St. Davids, Cardiff. Took her gold watch for a battery replacement at nearby jewellers in same shopping centre who wanted £45 and it would need to be sent away for replacement so we thought we would try In Time, Jam was extremely helpful and advised it would cost £25 and be done in an hour..Returned only to find the old battery had leaked and damaged the internal mechanism and it would need a complete new working..He even showed us a photograph of the leaked battery on the inside of the watch.. As the watch was over £1,000 we expected a very expensive repair however it came to £75 and then took the £25 off we had already paid for a new battery so only came to £50 and the wifes watch is like brand new and with a two year guarantee!. Excellent service and would certainly recommend to family and friends...

I came here after a recommendation, new battery needed for my Tissot watch. Anthony, what a lovely guy, very calm and reassuring. He took the time to talk through what was needed, gave us a return slip & we shopped while the work was done. On our return it was finished & Anthony also gave me an 18 month guarantee. Will definitely use again.

Popped along to see if the loose gold hook on some very sentimental earrings could be fixed. Never used these guys before but what a wonderful experience. The lady is getting me a quote for the work, but in the meantime cleaned my earrings and they have never looked better. Thank you so much and I will be back for sure. Thank you Teresa x

In-Time are Way-Ahead-of-Time compared to other in-store jewellery/watch repairers in the Cardiff City Centre who quoted scary prices to change the battery in my Timex Ironman watch plus stating the watch will need to be sent away or noting can be done for 2days.In-Time was recommended to me at3:55pm on a Sunday afternoon and I was extremely happy with the all-inclusive quote and 20-minute turnaround time to pick up the repaired watch on that vey same Sunday.What also impressed me was the 18 months warranty for a battery & seal replacement repair and the attentive caring nature of the repair agent who was charming, witty and said all the right things to win my confidence by 4pm to hand over my watch into her more than capable hands without giving it a second thought.I will be spreading the world about In-Time to my friends & family.Many Thanks for a super- fast well priced repair service experience.

Very Helpful front of desk man ..apologetic and helpful however a pocket watch sent to the company in January has been returned with missing key and absent front glass. Something really is wrong here !!! Sentimental value watch so I am very upset

I dropped my Hugo boss automatic watch, causing the minute hand to slip under one of the dials. After going to a number of companies/shops I was told by a number it would have to be sent away, etc, etc and stripped from back to front due to the perpetual mechanism. The highest quote being £175. The guys at in time were amazing and honest fixed the watch in 24hrs and charged £10. I can’t thank them enough for their honest efficient service.Thank you
