Lovely atmosphere, lovely warm welcoming staff. Food is always spot on. Cakes, coffee & a gorgeous big fire what more could you ask for? Always enjoy coming here.Ps thank you to the 2 waitresses, one with the curly dark hair and one with the auburn hair for making our experience fantastic.❤️

We stayed here In our motorhome to go to the food fayre in Melton Mowbray, lovley site quiet toilet n showers are great (my only gripe is I wish there were occupied signs for the toilets), not very nice when someone is yanking the door. The restaurant is big and spacious table service for food and drink., we both had the tartiflette lovley dish if you love cheese this will be for you, Sunday morning we had breakfast in the farm house cafe before we left, again great value for money. We will definitely return.

Had an awesome stay at the Grange. The best facilities of our trip, and the tranquil settings made it the perfect stay. (Even if our badly behaved dogs made sure it was slightly less tranquil.) The hosts couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful, and the food was ace. We’ll be back.

Visited on multiple occasions, and was met by a lovely team of staff members, who always ensured to create a warm atmosphere. Have been in both the garden centre, which has always been a delight to see during the summer when all the flowers are blooming, as well as the restaurant which prides itself in its welcoming and happy staff. The food was also amazing, arrived promptly and was above standard. (not to mention the great cakes) Will definitely be returning, no doubt about that!

We stayed at the campsite and decided to stop in to the restaurant for Sunday lunch. Somehow our order got mixed up and while 2 got the roast dinners they ordered my roast of purely vegetables seem to have been forgotten. I did get my starter of Salmon and beetroot salad which was delicious. The service, once they discovered the mistake, could not have been better. The Staff were very apologetic and did not charge me for my salad. The roast beef came with a huge amount of vegetables and a massive yorkie so I just tucked in to some of them. To the credit of the staff they did produce a huge plate of fresh vegetables and Yorkshire pudding but I had filled up on the others veg by then. They were not going to charge me and offered to box it for me to take home but I decided against it. They then gave us the option of 3 complimentary cakes to take home. The cakes are so huge I took up their offer but only of 2.The staff were extremely busy but it was service with a smile without exception. The roast dinners are superb value and I will definitely be back. The surrounding and atmosphere were great.

A fab site. They’ve made some fantastic improvements since our last visit two years ago. Super friendly. The only issue is getting around from here if you have no transport. We have. A Motorhome so once parked up we like to go into the local towns etc. Taxi’s are none existent in Melton. For us at the moment we sadly wont visit again unless this is sorted. We had previously been to the grange restaurant and it’s fab. We left a day earlier than planned as couldn’t rely on taxis getting us back to site etc.
