Housing 21 - The Watermill
My mum has been going to The Watermill for respite for the last 4 years. I have never had any complaintsThe staff are wonderful, the home is clean and tidy and they have seen all the changes in mum over the last few years but the care is maintained. I always know l am leaving mum in good care when she goes to the Watermill and l am very grateful for everything they do.

My Husband has been in The Watermill for three months now, Summer have been Great taking of him but myself aswell after a difficult time thank you to all the staff so kind and caring xx

Lovely , welcoming , clean and happy place. Our Grandad moved in and loves it. Staff are conscientious and caring. Best care home in the area by far .

One of the best run courts I have had the pleasure of training at. The managers and staff of both the residential and the day care centre are some of the most professional people I have worked with.Dealing with people with dementia is a difficult role to which the staff are dedicated and alway have a smile on their faces.I would have no hesitation in recommending this venue to anyone including my own family.

Housing 21 - The Watermill
Mom was resident in Spring House for 9 Months, She had dementia and could not cope at home. The staff at the Watermill cared for Mom in ways we couldnt. I am full of praise and recommend The Watermill in all respects. The manager Joy dealt efficiently with Moms needs, Shannon and Donna were great on a daily basis. Martin and Louisa cared for Mom wonderfully. Mom passed away at the Watermill (which became her home) The staff even attended Moms funeral. Thanks again Guys.

My mom went they and it the best place my went to the staff are very carer and the manager joy Sumner is care and always there to help me with my mom l would 100%recommend this place

The staff are wonderful and very caring. Always smiling and always willing to help. The home is spotless and food very nice. I dont think this is the right place for my mum at this time, but that decision was not mine. All I can do is support my mum and thank the wonderful carers.

I’ve volunteered here the staff are all wonderful. The events the staff put on to keep residents entertained are brilliant. The staff all truly care for all of their residents and it’s heartwarming to see. They have rooms decorated such as the cinema room and pub, everything they do they’ve put so much care and thought into. They truly love their residents and want the absolute best for them
