The prices are great but the customer service is poor. The first time in this place and I needed some help, I was directed to the ladies section and left to get on with it. If an assistant knows their products it should be their job to take the time and highlight the products that are the most suitable for the customers needs. The experience left me frustrated and unhappy.

The staff here offer no customer service at all and even try to tell you that they have no legal obligation to exchange or refund any faulty items!!! An awful lot more training is required here. Totally disgusted with the level of service offered here when compared to a different branch who couldn't do enough to help when i went there instead.

This is fairly large store for a small town. It has a wide range of sports and leisure items at reasonable prices. There is car park outside but there is a camera and you have to buy your ticket no later than 5 minutes from arriving, otherwise you'll get fined.

Staff were so lovely, friendly & helpful. I was VERY disappointed at the lack of protection for the staff, the screens only covered around the till area & didn't cover enough to protect the staff member or the customer. Working for the NHS myself, I won't be popping in again until feel safe to do so.

Quick helpful knowledgeable service . ... But I do disagree with their internet policy as the prices can be up to £15 difference on some items compared to the store.A price match is available but they will still charge of £5.99 delivery even though you're in store !!!

Terrible store. Refunds are non existent even when items are faulty or not as described. Three pairs of trouser all marked same size and same cut. Yet two didn't fit. Think they need to address sizing and customer services and definitely their returns policy.Company policy does not supersede consumer law and rights
