Really enjoyed my time in my house share! JC and Amanda were always super friendly, accommodating and helped provide communal cleaning and kitchen bits which was really useful. The room was a little outdated with wear and tear on the walls over the years but I loved having an en-suite. Really reasonable rent price and great location too! Thank you!

I rented from The Yellow Property Pot when I moved to Derby and, when that tenancy ended, I moved to another of their properties. Both places were in a great condition and rent was very reasonable. Amanda and JC were incredibly helpful, friendly and understanding. The best agency I have ever rented from. Well organised, very straight forward and have had no issues with them throughout my tenancies. Could not recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure of renting a shared room in this property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one, it was clear that the landlord goes above and beyond to make tenants feel comfortable and cared for.Beyond the physical space, the atmosphere in the shared living areas was friendly and respectful. I had the opportunity to meet wonderful roommates and forge new friendships.

This letting agency is very professional and yet friendly to the needs of potential tenants. Amanda has been great in helping me have a place to stay in her property. The house is well run and kept clean at all times. Providing cleaning supplies and cleaning items all the time. I would have stayed there for years to come if I didn’t have to find a bigger place to live in with my family. I recommend THE YELLOW PROPERTY POT if you are in Derby and need a neat and well managed shared flat to stay in.

While working in Derby, I rented a room for 8 months in one of Amanda / JC's properties. I had a really good experience: the place was clean and modern; the other tenants were friendly, quiet and easy to get along with and there was great communication between tenants and with Amanda via WhatsApp. If anything needed doing / repairing, JC would deal with it quickly. I wouldn't hesitate on renting a room from them again, should I be required to do so - 1st class company!

Excellent service providers. The property was well looked after and maintained. The managers are very friendly easy to access. I would definitely recommend anyone with a property to rent out or any prospective tenant to check them out.

We cannot thank Amanda and JC enough! I have had the pleasure of living in one of their properties for 13 years!They are both realists and will have your best interests at the forefront of any decision they make. We do not have a bad word to say about them. I cannot believe I was lucky enough to have had them as my landlord from the age of 17. I stayed in long eton for few months, a really professional experience from the time of booking the place till exit. Nice clean and tidy room with well equipped kitchen and the location was at a prime place. The only reason I have to leave was the distance from my office. Highly recommend for professionals. At the point of desperate need, in very critical moments Amanda offered me a great favour letting me one of her places to stay. For three yrs l enjoyed great comfort and peaceful friendly environment until l purchased a new property three yrs on.I wish l could give more then 5 stars for your amazing services Amanda & JC, friendship, wonderful communication and your peaceful and comfortable letting properties.
