Excellent atmosphere, clear instructions and plenty of time spent with my pet. His treatment, and the possibilities of what may be wrong, were explained clearly. Staff were all professional but relaxed. Thank you!

I've recently moved to this vets after having a bad experience at another popular vets in Ayr. Pets4vets are very friendly, patient and supportive, unfortunately when I got my dog I was unable to insure him unless I paid a very high premium because he was a rescue dog and a staffy. Vets4pets have a scheme called senior health care plan that cost £20 per month and it allows access to discounts, free flea/worming treatments, free yearly innocculations including kennel cough, yearly blood tests 2 free consultations plus a lot more, I highly recommended you check out this plan. My dog presently has a stomach problem and issues with his Lymph gland which he was seen about yesterday, I phoned at 8.30 and was seen at 10am. Today I received a call (out of the blue) from the vet asking how buddy is getting on. I've never experienced this before, excellent aftercare, both vets I have experienced since going are very thorough and their attention to detail is amazing exactly what you would expect from a professional vets, they treat buddy (my dog) with special care knowing he's had a bad experience at the other vets, he seems to have taken to one nurse called Caitlyn in particular, she must be very caring and a natural. Both vets buddy has seen have been more than willing to get on the floor to examine buddy and not force him on to the table. Pets4vets are 5 star but Buddy says 10 out of 10.

Finally able to write review after losing our girl 6 months ago, I think my recommendation is always to use a smaller independent company whether a Vet or otherwise. The staff are fine however my score is based on 1/no night cover you have to travel from Ayr to Kilmarnock where the service cost £500 to have a blood test when it was clear the dog with no history was having seizures let with no advice? 2/return to VFP that morning to be given no suggestions as to possible cause or treatment options other than “they look at you & you just know “ 12hrs earlier she was a healthy 8yr old wee fun girl 3/when picking up ashes a week later I asked for them to be ready told they were but after a wait was led into the same room where on the table was a box where once was my dog.My dealing with VFP has put me off the thought of having another £1000 that night bought me a box

What lovely people - from the welcoming Reception Team to 'Christine the Cat Whisperer' the lovely vet who took time to get to know our wee scaredy Rescue cat and treated her with kindness and compassion from start to finish.A huge thank you for making a potentially stressful visit so stressfree. I can't recommend them highly enough......

Absolutely a joke, dog was very unwell, and they wanted payment up front. And refused to treat dog .Vet had extremely poor socal skills with my dog would give no stars if I could.

We were greeted on arrival and only waited 5 minutes to been seen by nurse. They were aware of Blues anxiety issues and dealt with them. Very positive experience for Blue.

Updating my review. Unfortunately our little cat Cleo was involved in a car accident on Saturday night. We rushed Cleo to the practice 15 minutes before closing. Cleo was seen quickly by Pamela and a fantastic nurse (we have forgoten her name) and given much needed pain relief. She was then thoroughly checked over and given a ultrasound to ensure all the important things were healthy and working as they should be. We were then told what to do/expect in the coming days.its going to be a long recovery for Cleo, but I am sure the fantastic team in Ayr will have her climbing the curtains in no time at all. The practice also looks after our dog and other cat when ever we are in to pick up flea or worming medicine the staff always ask about them by name and ask if they generally care. This practice and team are fantastic and are highly recommended. Thanks for everything Kieran and Lesley

Bentley my Labrador has been a member of this vet practice for 8 years every time we go in all the lovely lady’s that work here remember him and make him feel more than welcome. He gets so excited when we go and now his baby sister tinkerbell my wee cat has just had her first experience with them when she got spayed. All the staff same to care and that makes me feel very at ease as well as happy. Thank you for all you do Bentley & tinkerbell xx

All staff in the Ayr branch are so friendly and welcoming to both myself and my dog. They obviously care about their clients. The vet Christine is exceptional. Not only does she know the medical history of my dog, she has complete awareness and compassion for my needs as an owner.I have been a client in the Ayr branch for over ten years and cannot recommend the staff and service enough.
