I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response, and he was able to provide some useful pointers on my washer. Fantastic video of how to fix a blocked TwinDos system on a Miele washing machine. I took the whole thing apart, cleaned it through and put it back together. Compartment 1 is fine now, still have a prob with compartment 2 but think this is the motor. Unfortunately Miele now make it impossible for customers who aren't engineers to obtain parts and so for people who are capable of doing it themselves with the help of guys like these they are manipulating the market unfairly. Anyway, big shout out to Zengo! Many Thanks
