Ciprian was a complete gentleman- answered the phone, explained the range of possible outcomes, turned up at my front door when he said he would. Was happy for me to observe him working and refrained from changing loads of unnecessary parts as commercial enterprises always tend to do. Cant recommend him highly enough

I cannot praise Ciprian highly enough. He totally restored my ageing Gaggia to full working condition even returning one evening to adjust the steam function for which he would not charge. Top man.
