He is very responsive at getting back to us and he has now helped us on two occasions. Jack replaced my old rope lights with LED strip lights. I am very happy with his service from the moment he visited my house in order to give me a quote. Jack was always on time, responded promptly, patiently and in detail to my (many) questions. His service was not the cheapest but in his case this really meant quality of work and service. After the installation I also had a few questions and he came by the same day to help me. I will soon have more electrical work to be undertaken and will not hesitate to use Jack's services as I can trust the job will be done to first class standards and with excellent after-sale service. I used jack to install all the electrics in my new extension and I’m extremely pleased I did . He completed all the electrics for the extension , new fuse board , all the lighting inside and outside , along with outside electrics and all completed to a very high standard . Jack provided us with a comprehensive EICR prior to our house move and additional photos of issues requiring repair. Jack was professional in all our communication and I am sure we will be needing his expertise in the future.----Update July 23Since our EICR, Jack fitted a new fuse box, smoke alarm and heat alarm. He also installed Nest, replaced 25 downlights and every switch and socket in our new home. We have been very happy with all the work and Jack's excellent attention to detail. Every switch and socket were perfectly aligned and even the screws were orientated in the same direction. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jack to friends and family.
