Very good service, staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the individual attention given by the staff, It made it a very pleasant experience. The opticians have a wide range of top styles and designer glasses, and at competitive prices, so a new pair of stylish glasses won’t break the bank. Very pleased with level of service and will definitely be visiting again.

I've been using Marsh Optical for several years now, as a diabetic, they take care of all my needs, advising me on how to take care of my eyes in a friendly, professional way.I regularly purchase glasses from them, they have a great range and take the time to explain the different types of lenses. The staff are always friendly, especially the optometrist, Mr Chauhan, a thorough gentleman.If you want professional clinical care with excellent customer service, you can't go wrong with Marsh!

My mum who is shielding broke her specs in Lockdown, she was so upset. I contacted Mr Chauhan who managed to get her a new pair without her leaving the house and delivered them himself. We honestly can't thank him enough as she could loves to read and would have really struggled stuck at home. She has come to Marsh optical for years and says how good the staff and service is and after this I will definately be calling in when my eye check is due. Thanks again.

Amazing experience at Marsh Optical. I had an appointment here recently and the Optometrist was very thorough during the eye test, everything was explained in great detail which made the process a lot easier. I also didn’t bring anybody with me to choose glasses, the team were fantastic, they were so helpful and overall experience was fantastic. Given the current situation they have done a great job in protecting all of their patients and staff members! Will definitely be recommending Marsh Optical to all my friends and family. Thank you

Brilliant service and all, staff were helpful and assisted with father who is 91 and in a wheelchair. They were most helpful regarding parking when I called to enquire. I was not sure what to expect as it was our first trip there. It could not have gone better and we were both more than satisfied with the whole experience. Well done

Took my dad to have diabetes eye check. Was a bit of a mix up at the beginning and dad was registered at the New Cross so couldn't be seen. Valerie went out her way to double check details and contacted the hospital to arrange next appointment. This was our first visit and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. I also noticed how the staff were with other customers, very helpful and caring, made sure everyone was acknowledged and seen to.
