Paid for a large project, was promised that it would be done, but they still didn't get in touch with me. Very dissapointing. I can't even get in touch to collect my money back.

Unfortunately I have to share the appalling experience I’ve had with this company. I paid a large deposit at the start of July for a pergola that was going to be delivered at the end of July. That deadline slipped and I was promised end of August. That slipped and I was promised September and then the start of October. All deadlines have been missed. I was promised my money back last week but that also hasn’t happened and the owner continues to ignore my calls and messages. I am now having to take legal action to recover my money.
