We have used IPL several times now, both buying and selling. Our most recent sale, which completed yesterday, went as smooth as all of the previous ones.I have used other lawyers in the past, but none of them came close to the speed and efficiency that IPL offer. I have run my own personal estate agency once more for almost 4 years now, having started again in August 2019.I only refer to a couple of Conveyancing firms I totally trust (and receive NO referral fees for - just great service is good enough!) and Independent Property Lawyers is one.Gordon Drawbridge and Sara Ball, backed by the whole team there, are truly outstanding and when you come across a conveyancer that cares, communicates and really helps, they need to be covered in cotton wool!Many thanks all for great service over the past 4 years and very much looking forward to helping more Clients and Customers move in the future, with your help.

IPL were absolutely fantastic with my sale and purchase. Gordon’s attention to detail was fantastic, as he identified an issue with the boundaries/deeds that three solicitors on previous sales prior had missed. He set my expectations brilliantly, and once the issue was solved, managed to get everything completed within three weeks. His whole team including Sara and Zoe were fantastic. I will never use another solicitor and would recommend them to absolutely everyone. I cannot speak highly enough of this solicitors!
