Absolutely lovely! Marc is such a friendly person and so helpful. I had a battery changed then asked if he had a yellow or orange leather strap by any chance: he had both! Brilliant service and with a smile!A year later, Marc switched my yellow for a new orange leather watch strap. He’s also changed the battery on my daughter’s designer watch, fantastic service! Thank you

I didn't know it was a franchise and my reason for coming here is to see the friendly face and say hello...My one stop watch shop for accessories including my smart watches...
