Jeremy was able to attend at short notice. Had to order parts. Came back on time as promised. Our 18 year old boiler hasn't run this well for years. Excellent service and great value. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company.Jerry originally performed a full boiler service, changed a thermostat, and corrected some remedial work - quickly, and at an excellent price.We recently had some work taken out on our bathroom, after the builders left the boiler wasn’t working. Jerry talked me through the process of resetting the system over the phone, saving me the cost of an emergency boiler repair.Will be using his services for regular maintenance from now on.

When you book a service you expect the person to turn up. When they cancel on the morning, telling you they will rebook you, its annoying. Then when they fail to rebook you and you contact them numerous times, it's more disappointing still. Then when you talk to them and they don't want to give you a date, and you explain how inconvenient this is, you don't expect them to have a hissy fit. We're all busy, but don't take on appointments if you can't fulfill them, and if you take on the appointment, fulfil it. Unprofessional, disorganised, and plain rude.
