Awesome place, knowledge on Jordan is amazing, after just a couple visits he knew my tastes, just walk in and say surprise me with my flavours, always hits it out the par!

Felt very intimidated by the young lad serving. Quite arrogant and has a very cocky manner. Had his group of friends hanging around laughing and joking about his personal life. He seemed more interested in his friends than serving me and helping me. Not a way to run a business having a shop full of youngsters hanging around. Makes customers seem even more intimidated. In the end I went elsewhere to Deluxe Vapours had the service I required and the staff were far more helpful

Great knowledge from young chap at the counter helped me a great deal.I felt welcome and I didnt get the impression that time was money, you can have a chat and shop and learn more about the vaping products on show here which is nice because some other vaping shops ive been to are either a little underground and intimidating or some look a bit like a surgery. I like the wood/metal decor it makes the products look great.The world of vaping can be confusing and you feel that you could be sold the wrong/cheap liquids or get duped into something you don't need but I didnt get that feeling here and I am happy to buy supplies from here. it is convenient that it is in the shopping centre too.
