Great service from the team at Yate, was given a good choice of tyres to choose from and fitted quickly too. Highly recommend the guys and will be going back in the New Year to get the rear tyres replaced.....:)

I was left speechless!!Just shocking, went there today to fix a puncher and been declined service! When I said that I really needed fixed, I've been told that if I want I can leave the car and they'll fix it Tuesday (it's Sunday).I can't believe that... just shocked, tyre place that takes 3 days to fix a puncher.If I could I'd give -5 stars.Avoid this place!!

The work was carried out very swiftly. I collected the car the same morning, however upon my return to the office I found some significant damage to my alloy! Jason was very rude and told me he thinks I’d damaged it myself, he offered no apology, no offer to check cctv or ask his team what had happened he just sent me away with a card of someone who will repair it for me. NOT happy.

You were unable to complete all work and I have to make a return visit to have wok completed but appointment made at the time and all works completed as agreed at the initial visit.

Advertise no booking required and yet if your not booked in you can't be seen. Manager short and rude not apologetic for their misleading advertisment. To be forced to use such u customer focused businesses by a lease company is just appealing can't wait to get rid of the lease car.
