Unfortunately we never got to meet anyone from quick and clarke since they didn't turn up for the appointment made. I live in Scotland and travelled all the way down for the appointment, arranging childcare for my little boy and confirmed this again before setting off. The lady informed me that it is a common computer error that happens frequently where appointments are missed - which doesn't fill me with confidence going forward with a company arranging viewings etc.

Certain staff didn't help and I felt intimidated by, felt like she was making decisions for the lady we was buying from. Found it hard to get past her. In the end we backed out the sale because of this. They have a fantastic area manager Dawn who is amazing just a shame the staff not like her.

The staff here are AMAZING! They made the whole process of selling my flat really easy. The quality of the sales listing was fantastic, this team really tuned in to what my property had to offer and marketed it beautifully. Quick and Clarke genuinely appreciated my property and felt my flat just needed the right buyer, and were certain they could get me a better selling price than others had been offering...and their instincts were absolutely right! Brilliant service from start to finish, would highly recommend.
