I visited Andrew for the first time a few weeks ago. Very pleased with my treatment, not only has he helped to resolve the problem I presented with, he has also freed up a long-standing neck and shoulder issue. I feel better than I have for years! I would thoroughly recommend him for anything, not just sports related, my issues are mostly related to working at a desk all day.

I've been seeing Andrew at WBIC for almost a year now, for various ultra-running related niggles/ maintenance, as well as rehab following a shoulder dislocation. He is friendly, knowledgeable, good at explaining his thinking/ treatment plan, and his treatment has always got me back to running and workouts in the gym super quickly. He's also super pragmatic and totally understands what runners are like, so I know he'll only tell me not to run if it's genuinely a terrible idea, and I know then that it's time to listen to him! I wouldn't go anywhere else now, and I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone who lives locally.

I injured my back bending over my car bonnet for hours on end, and by the time I got to see Kate, I was having difficulty walking. I've since had three sessions and my back is completely healed. She gave me manageable exercises at each step along the way, and doesn't want to see me again unless I'm in more pain (beware the ones who want you back every 3 months for a cracking!). I can thoroughly recommend Kate, she is very knowledgeable and explains reassuringly what is going on and what she's about to do - five stars!

Andrew has been knowledgeable and approachable throughout my physio rehab journey. He was able to get to the bottom of two injuries and provide a flexible plan which has now got me completely recovered. Its also nice to have a laugh along the way! Definitely recommend :)

Andrew was truly amazing supporting me in my marathon training and with my overuse knee injury. Not only was i able to get through the marathon with a last minute injury, but i've been able to recover and get back running. He was able to pinpoint what the issue was and was very knowledgeable! Andrew went above and beyond to help me out - i really appreciate all his help!

I’ve had a few appointments with Andy for some on going issues I’ve had with sciatica and problems with my knee. Andy has been amazing, he is so professional, and thorough. He made me so at ease throughout my whole treatment. He gave me some excellent information on how I can help myself moving forward he really knew what he was talking about and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was always very realistic to what I personally needed and I will definitely be going back to him for my future treatments, but for now I’m like a new women, thanks Andy ☺️

Visited Andrew a couple of times and I'm very impressed with his skill. Easy to get along with and keeps you informed about what he's doing (and how much it's about to hurt!).Very good follow up with personalised exercise plan to get you back on track between visits.He's very responsive and amenable to changes to appointments.Recommend.
