Trent Vale Post Office

I think this a really good shop. Nice people and nice costumer service

I use this post office almost daily to send my parcels, really friendly staff that are always happy to help. Also includes a small shop for essential items and packaging materials. It is only street parking but I never have an issue finding a spot.

Awful service since going under new management. Very unfriendly, blatantly rude. No concept of customer services at all. I go out of my way to use a different post office elsewhere just to avoid this one

The it's hard to review a post office that is barely ever opened. Shuts at random times with normally no reason or notice, when you pay for next day special delivery Inc Saturday, u don't get your parcel till following Tuesday, because they don't bother processing it till next day. Rude attitudes, only thing they seem to be interested in is the shop part of the post office. You can often stand there for 20 min waiting for them to bother serving you. God help this place if benefits were still done by giros and payment books. Lived in the area all my life and seen many owners of this branch, but these by far are the worse. I'd say avoid and go elsewhere, but your kind of stuck really.

Terrible place. Unprofessional and rude staff. No customer service skills and work ethics at all.Once they shouted at an elderly lady who wanted use a fuel voucher to top up her meter. The elderly lady was nearly in tears, hence I offered her go take her to another post office.I myself got told to go to another post office as the staff couldn't scan my return. It clearly stated on the label 'post office scan above barcode' but staff dismissed it as not true. Strangely the other post office could scan it straight away.If something doesn't work immediately, it might be worth to put a bit more effort in. Definitely not going back.

Everything about this place is awful. Closes whenever they feel like it. You can pay for next day delivery and sometimes it's 2 or 3 days before they even process it. They closed for Xmas on 22nd and are still closed despite other post offices being open. This used to be a very reliable post office until the current shambles took it over.

Extremely rude. The assistant in this place was on the phone as I entered to join someone else also waiting still he wasn't served. I waited a long while the female assistant went further into the back no intention of serving I walked out

I use the post office three or four times a week to send parcels, the service is always friendly and helpful, it is a vital part of our local community
