Our company found Better IT when we were in the market for some outsourced expertise. The decision to partner with them has rewarded us many times over. From reviewing where we were and fixing some long standing issues, through Teams training that enhanced our remote working and currently implementing a cloud based telecoms system, the Better IT team has been outstanding for us. Couldnt be happier that we have them in our IT locker.

We are based in a rural location and the internet speed was terrible. Trying to run a business was a nightmare. What internet we had kept dropping off causing major problems with our computers and telephone systems. Better- IT came up with a solution. They arranged for us to have 2 x 4G routers with EE SIM Cards, together with a SD-One solution box which bonds both the 4G routers together which gives you high speeds & resilience. It is amazing now. I can't thank Better-IT enough. The whole team is amazing.

We love working with the team at Better IT! It’s clear that they are experts in their field and they are also huge supporters of our charitable work. Better IT helped to seamlessly move our team quickly to remote working when the pandemic hit and supported us throughout this process. They even came up with a scheme to use their remote working services to raise extra funds for us (giving a donation each time a business used this service). A really friendly team who are passionate about what they do but also passionate about giving back to the community too.

Better-IT were able to quickly source some WiFi access points and host them. Although they weren't supporting them, Dan took the time to record a video on how to configure them which gave me a better understanding of how they talk to our firewall and get them working. Excellent service.
