So glad to use moments car for our wedding. It was super easy and smooth to communicate and find the cars I was after. The white on white Rolls Royce Cullinan was absolutely stunning. The chauffeur driver was lovely and gave me really good marriage advice. On the exit we got the Rolls Royce phantom 8 which was also very beautiful and the drive was very smooth (even over the potholes) almost fell asleep but luckily my wife was there to nudge me awake.Thank you moments car hire!!!

An Amazing luxury chauffeur service, they provide the newest luxurious, decadent motor vehicles known which are perfect for events such as weddings and parties. Furthermore, I would like to add that the chauffer himself is really professional and respectful, he also provides provisions to meet the needs of clients and is always reliable with timing. Totally recommend this company for car hire. We Hired a beautiful Rolls Royce for my wife’s 50th birthday and everything was on time and the driver was very pleasant. Thanks for making the evening so magical!

*Do not use this limo firm* I'm afraid we had a very poor experience with Moments Car Hire. The driver arrived 15 minutes late but assured us we would still get the full hour's service. However, he then dropped us off after only 45 minutes (of the hour we'd paid for). When we asked him to let us continue riding round for the remaining 15 minutes - he refused. I disputed this with the platform we'd booked this limo with afterwards. They exchanged lots and lots of emails with Moments as the booking platform agreed with us that we shouldn't have to pay £500 for one hour when we only got 45 mins and therefore lose £126 worth of limo time. I was told that Moments Car hire flat out refused to refund ANY of the payment- despite only delivering 75% of the service. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

What can I say….. amazing service. I had been let down for a prom for a group of 10 girls with five hours to spare before the event. The other company had abruptly cancelled with a backhanded excuse and had left me in a very difficult situation at the last minute. I called Moments Car Hire not expecting anyone to be able to help me with such a big task so last minute ,I was greeted with a helpful individual who surprisingly could help me out.Not only could he help me out, but I was lucky to still be able to be provided with the vehicle which I originally wanted which was a stretched Hummer, the driver Reuben arrived promptly and was very patient with the million and one pictures We wanted to take, he was very pleasant and did not rush us. The vehicle itself was clean. All the girls were very happy to arrive to prom in style and I am so grateful that this company have managed to make that happen. I would definitely recommend and definitely use it again. Thank you so much

I cannot recommend this service enough. I used them for my wedding and they were perfect. On time and patient as we took long to get boarded in the limo. After that all the Roll Royce’s we hired were perfect. The drivers were very professional. Top service and will definitely use again.
