Poor quality tourist tat. As a baker and foodie I can sadly say the ingredients are so cheap you may be even better off with a Greg’s except Greg’s may actually be cooked properly. Utterly rubbish but I hope they may be able to improve. Until then don’t wast your money.

I have been using this bakery fo over 20 years. The flavour of the bread is the best I’ve ever tasted.The tea cakes are delicious as are the pies pastries and sandwiches. I only wish we had one in Ilkley.I’ve tried nearly all of them here and they don’t come anywhere near Marshall’s. So I have to go to Wibsey in Bradford for my bread. It’s worth it !

Popped in yesterday lunch time to get a few cakes and although it was busy, the staff were polite and respectful and the standard of service was great. The cakes were out of this world - honestly, the Millionaires Shortbread & Fudge Cake are amazing. We had a couple of sausage rolls too & they were the best we’d tasted. If you’re in Hebden Bridge, be sure to pop in here, you won’t regret it.

Best ham salad sandwich I've ever had, I had everything on it. I'd visit Hebdon Bridge again just for a sandwich from here

Lovely bakery with delicious, packed out sandwiches. The staff are always really nice. It's a shame it's so stiflingly hot inside, must be awful for the staff.

First time in Hebden Bridge! After a nice walk with my friend Alex we bought a carrot cake and apple&almond cake. The flavour was amazing, the most delicious cakes that we ever have tested. The prices are also amazing. Just be a little patient because it is a popular place.

Very traditional bakery with many products of most typical yorkshire cakes and pies. It should be a must try option for any visitors in this beautiful yorkshire country town. I have tried a steak pie and a bakewell cake, and both go well as I expected.May I suggest one more thing？ In the weather of cold and windy, can I have the reheating service for the pie and tart please？ it would be very appreciated by most visitors. Warm food, warm drinks, warm welcome.☺️

I've been in a few times now. Both times the people behind the counter failed to wash their hands between customers. They took money, wiped their faces/hair, and continued prepping food and picking up cakes with their bare hands. Maybe I just came on a few 'bad' days? It really put me off though. If that's how they handle food up front where people can see them, how are they handling it out back where we can't?
