Today collected my new Giulia from Norwich and there are only very positive things that can be said about the experiemce.Mark was more than helpful throughout the process and because I live over 130 miles away a lot was done on the phone and e mail. this presented no problem. I only visited Norwich twice, once to test a car and sort out final details and the second time to pick it up.Throughout nothing was too much trouble and he listened to anything that I wanted to raise and met all my rerquests, even to the point of making sure there was more than enought petrol in the tank to allow me to get home without a stop, in fact I could have almost got back to Norwich again with what was left in the tank.So well done Motorvouge and 5 plus stars for Mark.

I have been to a lot of car dealerships across Norfolk over the past few days looking for a new vehicle and I have to say that Adam has really set the bar for what I would consider to be fantastic customer service!Firstly he was really approachable, took his time to listen to our wants and needs and then was just really helpful in the advice he provided.I was, in short order, on a test drive in a car that was extremely well suited to us that I hadn't considered and if you think aaah the soft lad got blagged into something he never wanted" you would be so so wrong.Adam really considered our requirements and was able to show us more suitable vehicles alongside the ones we intially attended for.After we returned from our test drive Adam then introduced us to another car dealership which was on site that had further vehicles for us to consider at a completely different manufacturer!And what would you know!? These vehicles were also very suited to our requirements and gave us more options to consider.Adam was knowledgable

Just bought a pre-owned Nissan Leaf from Motorvogue Alfa Romeo. Geoff helped us out every step of the way - he answered all our questions about electric vehicles and the car we wanted specifically. He even did a video tour for us and when he spotted a small mark on the alloy (which wasn't apparent on the video) he got it refinished without us even asking.When we picked the car up he showed us around the car and treated us incredibly kindly. 5 stars, a very professional service!

Over 400 miles to buy a car may seem a bit extreme, but from initial nationwide search to collecting our new Tonale from Motorvogue Alfa Romeo Norwich, Mark Gooda was first class.
