Our laptop died and GCS took a look at it. Unfortunately they diagnosed a mechanical failure on the hard drive. They then took the time to explain available options to me such as… they could put a new hard drive in the laptop and get it working but all the data would be lost unless the hard drive got sent to a specialist company, which would be very expensive. They advised on things to consider when deciding what to do i.e. the value of the data, the age of the laptop etc. Given the age of the laptop we opted to just buy a new one instead.GCS then went the extra mile and gave lots of advice on what to look for in a new laptop, what to avoid, solutions for taking backups etc.The cost of all of the above? Nothing! They said no fix, no fee… not even any kind of time cost for investigating the fault or for the time spent giving me advice. I am so grateful for the service they provided and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Wow these guys are AWESOME!!! Took my gaming laptop in before I went on holiday after someone trod on it so had to gaffer tape it together in one corner where it was literally coming apart with cables exposed. Been using it for some time like that in the hope it wouldn't just completely fall part as I didn't think it was fixable but thought I'd go into Greenacre purely on the off chance. Came back from holiday and it was all ready and waiting for me, looking literally like a new machine. Richard even cleaned it for me! Not the first time I've used these guys and every time they have been super helpful and delivered a great service. Highly, highly recommend them. Deffo 5 stars!

What an exceptional service. Recently took in two smart phones for repair. Turnaround was fantastic with a text message to confirm that they were ready for picking up. The cost for the work undertaken was extremely reasonable coupled with the very helpful & friendly staff. First time I have used Greenacre Computer Services & will definitely be using again in the future when the need arises, and I would strongly recommend that you do the same.
