I highly recommend the high standard of work carried out by Alex at Gloucester Gas Services. He has just completed a repair to my Worcester Bosch Greenstar combi boiler and has done an excellent, highly professional job. He responded quickly to my call-out and clearly explained the whole process to me. He offered excellent advice and maintained very good communications with me throughout the process. The area was left clean and tidy when he'd finished. I'd have no hesitation in using GGS again, when the need arises.

GGS Ltd fitted a new boiler at a very competitive price for me. Alex was super helpful as the space to fit it in was very tricky and he found a great solution to make it look tidy. His communication was excellent and he was always on time. Can't fault him at all.

I recently had my boiler breakdown leaving me without any heating or hot water. I contacted GGS and Alex arrived very promptly to rectify the issue. He fitted a brand new boiler for me aswell as ensuring that the whole heating system throughout the house was working efficiently and safely for the upcoming winter. After recieving this excellent service I had no hesitation in contacting GGS again to replace two outdated bathrooms with brand new modern style ones. On both occasions Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend GGS highly enough and they are always my first point of call for all plumbing, heating and gas services.

I needed my combi boiler serviced and a repair to a slow-leaking input pipe. Alex and his apprentice were professional, polite and friendly throughout. Alex showed me the repairs and explained what he'd done. He even bled one of my radiators which wasn't working very well. I had been let down by other local heating engineers and Gloucestershire Gas Services did no dissapoint. Alex told me the date and time he'd be here and he turned up on the dot. A pleasure to deal with, great value and fellow veteran too. I couldn't recommend more highly.

I had no heating and problems with my boiler (loud vibrations etc.). I found Alex's details online and called him. He came out the next day, diagnosed straight away, serviced and we had heating just before the cold weather came in.Work was really good and always left tidy, price was more than fair too.Lovely bloke, would definitely recommend.

Alex has been an absolute godsend of a plumber. He not only installed my dishwasher but the opening was too narrow and he sorted my cabinets so it would - definitely an all rounder tradesman. He's quick to respond and come over and I've since engaged Alex to do some other repair plumbing at my house. Cost wise he is reasonable and will only charge for what he's done. Couldn't recommend him enough !

Alex has done two jobs for us this year.We had a badly installed shower that was leaking through to the floorboards and up the walls. In the Summer we asked Alex to take a look. He replaced our shower tray, lined the shower walls with backing board, waterproofed it and fixed the shower thermostat, before replacing the taps and shower head.This month the boiler packed up during the freezing temperatures and was not worth repairing. Alex explained the problem and sent us images and a video so that we could see for ourselves. The problem was sorted promptly and completely to our satisfaction on both occasions. He’s trustworthy and prices are reasonable for the service and level of care. We would not hesitate to recommend Gloucester Gas Services
