Staff friendly, saw Victoria took bloods then Victoria call with results and explain all clearly what each meant really helpful and reassuring.

Saved my dog's life - literally. She was received unconscious and had a number of nights there. I know she was given the best overnight care due to the depth of reports and her eagerness to stay while she recovered. I was provided early morning progress updates and entirely grateful to the team of experts at HHG. I am a visitor to that practice so always cautious visiting a new vet - but these guys really are superb - thank you HHG!

My German Shepherd started shaking her head and rubbing her ear on my knee so guessing she needed some Meds we rang the Vets got an appointment within a hour. Staff was 5***** So was the Vet 5***** Luna was seen by Dr Hill and was diagnosed and we was given drops also explained possible long term solutions for the future. Thanks to your dedicated staff we continued on with our short vacation

Outstanding from the moment you call. Reception team are compassionate, helpful and caring. The nurse team are exceptional with knowledge and care, the vets: What can we as a family say? Our lovely cat of 10 years started to go down hill with heart and blood vessel issues resulting in severe pain when having a blood clot attack. The vets couldn't have been more caring. Nothing was too much and at no stage did we feel under pressure with time. They afforded us time for questions, assessments etc . In the end we sadly had to make the decision to have him put to sleep. This isn't an easy time or decision and we were all very tearful However, the care and compassion shown by the team in Trowbridge deserve an award. We can't thank them enough for making a pretty awful time more manageable.THANK YOU SO MUCH

Have been tremendous with both my dogs

Paid for a blood test for me dog where they admitted there was issues with their testing machines when I got the results. I asked for a re-test but to be sent to a lab for testing. I was made to pay for both blood tests even though they told me there was errors with there machine and readings on the first test results and to ignore some of the results. I emailed the manager of trowbridge vets who had no interest in the situation and offered me a insult of £15 refund from a total bill of two blood tests of around £500. I was told to write a letter into head office, which I did over a year ago and never got a response. Just that little bit of greed from the practice manager has lost my two dogs as a patients for life.Sad part is the vets in the trowbridge branch are lovely and this review isn't based on them. It's a review on how I was dealt with by the practice manager and how she has made me feel.

Best overnight care wonderful nurse very caring

Our dog hurt his leg during the day and became increasingly immobile. Vet Nick was fantastic, keeping a normally terrified dog as calm as we have ever seen him in a vet. Nick was very constructive with what could be done for our dog and very abreast of new treatments that may help him, rather than writing him off due to age, as seems to happen with our existing vet. We will be transferring to this vet forthwith. Great friendly and considerate service throughout.

My little dog needed emergency care last night after being bitten. The care here was exceptional, all staff took great care to explain everything, gave her cuddles and make sure she was well taken care of. I really could not recommend these vets enough, they were excellent.

Outstanding service. Sorting out a cremation for a very much loved pet. Staff are thoughtful and respectful. From start to finish have been amazing
