Great experience with Simon at Devon Pool and Spa company. He installed and set to work a hot tub for us and removed our old one. The price was competitive and he turned up on time and left everything working and in good order. He was very knowledgeable and was happy for me to take notes on maintenance regime, chemicals and how to manage temperature for optimum efficiency. He also has a gorgeous dog! What more can I say! We’ll definitely be using Simon again and can highly recommend him.

I approached Simon to request Bi-weekly cleans of our swimming pool. Simons quick responses and transparent costings made it easy to make the decision. Simon has regularly advised us with pool management, managed breakages and damages, always been prepared with extra chemicals and parts for covers etc. Simon is always prompt, efficient and professional, I could not recommend him more.

Completely fantastic- got my hot tub mended in no time at all for a good price, so on it goes. I thought it was a gonna, after 14 years of being turned on through hail and pestilence!

What a great company, friendly and extremely helpful. Not a straight forward installation due to the access but they made it work and got the tub in and working in no time at all. Highly recommended.

We had the hot tub hire for a week and it has been fantastic. In part we wanted to see how much we use it and the positioning for when we invest in one. Secondly, it's been so sociable and such a relaxing treat for us. We weren't even present for the install and Simon sorted it all out with no fuss. Worth every penny for a weekend or week long treat.

Top quality service, had a friend at work who was having problems with his hot tub control panel and stopped working leaving them unable to use there hot tub. I contacted simon and explained the issues and he confirmed the topside panel was at fault and within 30 minutes had one ordered which arrived next day at a very good cost and was fitted and they were able to use the hot tub later that day and for the weekend.A1 service
