Absolutely appalling!!! I booked them last September for my hen this April and the DAY BEFORE they let me down!! Then I had to call 6times for them to return my deposit!! They promised me 50pounds compensation which didn't cover the extra I had to pay last minute and even though they've told me three times they will pay it's never come through!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
