Kim is an intuitive yoga teacher ensuring that you can get in to each yoga move safely and get the most out of it. She has also practiced reiki ,reflexology and healing crystals, which helps me with my chronic hypertension and other cardio issues. I always have the best sleep after and feel relaxed and calm. I was a sceptic about how she could help me until I tried the sessions and am totally hooked.

I love going to Kim’s yoga classes in her lovely studio. They really help to loosen me up and relax me. I always sleep better after class, and really notice if I’m not able to make a class. Would highly recommend.
