Steve surveyed the house we are purchasing. We were recommended his services through our mortgage broker and we certainly weren't disappointed. Steve was incredibly informative prior, during and after the Survey. He was more than happy to answer any questions and helped us pick the correct survey for the property. The survey report was thorough and very informative. Following the survey being sent to us, we had a couple of questions and Steve was more than happy to help. I'd highly recommend Steve's service.

I had a great experience both times I used Steve, after being recommended him by a friend who had recently used him for her survey. He was very easy and efficient to deal with and produced really thorough and useful reports within two days of carrying out the survey, offering calls to discuss the contents and following up quickly on email. I have recommended him to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using him.

Steven was very efficient, professional and considerate during the process of inspection and after delivering the detailed report as well. We could ask some questions from the report via phone and his answer was very helpful.I will use his service in the future and highly recommend!
