They spent time setting up my software remotely, dealing with suppliers and ensured that everything was running smoothly. They offered great advice and were able to answer all my questions. I feel comfortable that I can contact them should any problems arise and I will continue to use mediaspec for my software and tech requirements. Mediaspec have always gone above and beyond when we’ve used them. So far we’ve purchased 3x Avid S6 console plus a bunch of additional gear like Dolby Atmos Genelec monitors, Avid MTRX, MTRX studio, A/D D/A converters, accessories, etc.And on top of that, they had some of the best pricing.
