Hired Fiat 500 for one day. Excellent friendly service at a really good price. Couldn’t fault my experience at this company!

Avoid this company, I run a security company and hired a van on a weekly basis but was going to be for 6 mths or more paid the first weeks hire and deposit, then had difficulty pay the following weeks hire due to card being stopped but explained the situation and said as soon as new card comes will pay the hire, also family member was very ill in hostpital so need van to attend hostpital, there was never an issue with payment just had to wait for new card max 3 days, but the manager Helen refused to help in anyway and said if you don't return van we will report as stolen even knowing they held a deposit and payment would be max 3 days wait, they DID NOT WANT TO HELP IN ANY WAY!!! very poor customer service and lost my custom as would have had hire vans all the time and 1 on permanent hire for around 6 mths or more.My advice go else where people

Hired a van from here to help my sister move as it was cheaper than asking a man with a van all staff that i met were lovely and the van was more than exceptional would definitely recommend here if your looking to hire :)

Always excellent service and clean quality vehicles. Highly recommendedWe hire cars and minibuses for footy regular trips. All the staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. There is plenty of other hirers locally but these are our favourite.

Most recent experience was the same as the past three. The booking process is seamless but aside the range of brand new or nearly new vehicles is only surpassed by the whole team working here. From reception to the guys working hard to get you on your way. Never will I go anywhere else for my hire vehicle needs and thank you for finding my glasses case after I dropped the Berlingo off!

The manager Helen Rogers is the main reason you should not hire from this company.I am a person of colour and I booked a hire on the phone and all was ok. When I arrived in person I was asked what are You doing down here?"
