JN Environmental - Private Water Supply Treatments

We would highly recommend Jack and JN Environmental. We had issues with bacteria and chemicals in our water supply. He recommended a solution which involved installing a new water system. During this time, nothing was too much trouble. He did three hour round trips without complaint and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had clean safe water in time for Xmas, working long into the evening when necessary. We are extremely satisfied with Jack and his outstanding commitment and customer service

Followed the recommendations and very glad I did. Jack & his crews turned out to be professional, competent and certainly knew all about water. Over the course of a few visits they replaced the very underwhelming, very ancient system at the end of the private spring-fed supply at our cottage in rural Wales with an all singing all dancing 3Klitre tank and more filters and tubes than you could shake a stick at. From start to finish Jack provided a superb service (UV and particle filter installation). Was transparent with his pricing which was the best we could find. Once booked communication was excellent. Not left waiting all day. He gave us exact time and was there on time. Job was neat and very satisfactory. Excellent service from Jack and the team. We moved to a house with a spring supply and found out the hard way that we had E-coli in the water! Contacted JN Environmental and within a couple of weeks had a fully functioning UV and sediment filter fitted. First annual service completed to schedule and we have no complaints at all. Our water is crystal clear and safe, so job done.

I had previously had a filtration unit to deal with my sulphur issue but this wasn't working well, and I also had a problem with manganese. Jack assessed the system and advised on changes. I now have, and have had for over a year, clean clear water with no odour, and no manganese staining. Would recomend his company if you want great service and advice based on sound knowledge.

We have a private bore hole supply serving our Club and Accommodation. Following our normal annual service in fourth quarter 2019, Jack recommended improvements to our system to deal with the acidity (Ph value) and improve the supply pressure to the accommodation. The implementation plan and costs were agreed for January this year. Our local authority quite out of the blue decided to test our supply, quoting the EU regs 2018. This extensive sampled testing highlighted a problem with Radon Gas being transported by the supply. They then required instant remediation by serving an improvement notice. The timing of this gave us only one week before Jack was due to undertake the originally agreed work.He came up with an additional recommendation to deal with the issue and sorted the necessary new additional equipment and completed all the work during a very Long days work. The system installation looks professional and is working satisfactorily.We await further testing by the local authority but remain confident.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending J.N. Environmental, to resolve problems and provide a very professional service.

Jack and his team installed our off-grid filtration system. We also use them for our yearly service and any problem-solving.The work has been fantastic. Knowing there is an expert on the end of the phone, or a next-day call-out is available, means you can fret a lot less about the off-grid system you rely on so heavily.Couldn't recommend more.
