The team did a fantastic job of removing a dangerous tree that had split in a storm and thinned out the others to make them safe. They tidied up so well afterwards that the garden looked neater than before they started! Excellent, efficient and professional. Thanks again!

From the moment you meet this very pleasant couple ( Michael and Katie) you know that you are dealing with experts.They carried out a full and careful assessment of the work, which they then discussed with us.A few hours later a detailed and competitive quote arrived via e-mail which we accepted.A further email suggesting a date for the work to be carried out arrived shortly after.On the day the couple arrived on time. They felled one tree and removed branches and 'topped' 5 other trees. On completion they removed all the brush, cut the wood into rounds and stacked it tidily. I Contacted Arbor Ace Tree Care in the morning, Michael & Katie arrived in the afternoon to assess the work and provided a quote later that evening. The quote was very reasonably priced and the work (tree removal, pollarding and branch removal) was carried out a week later. A thoroughly professional job carried out by reliable and friendly individuals. I will use Arbor Ace Tree Care again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Would 100% recommend Michael and Katie. Not only were they lovely people to deal with, but the work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. They removed 10 large conifers from my back garden in half a day for a reasonable price and left the area so tidy you wouldn't have known they had been there (except I can now see the sky and get the sun on my back garden!). If you need any tree care, don't hesitate...they are the people to call.

We have used Michael and Katie on a number of jobs and they have always been excellent – great service, very responsive, really nice to deal with and very competitively priced. To give a couple of recent examples, a few weeks back we had a large fir start to split near the base in high winds. Michael and Katie were round to assess the safety of the tree within an hour of us calling late on a Friday and had it down, in what were still very challenging conditions, early the following morning. We asked about having some stumps removed and they suggested that one of them could be made into a seat, which we might like and would save us money. It was a great idea. We would give them six stars out of five if we could.
