Fantastic support & equipment throughout our seasonal hire.

Would not recommend, caused damage to our factory then hide behind their t&c's. Faulty connection when fitted causing our electric to be live blew our compressor, heater booth & lights, engineers came from woodlands only plugged a computer in never checked connection, disgusting serviceWith regard to your answer the problem was the internal connections to your Generator which your engineers fitted, the reason it was picked up on which you were made aware of was our electrician found all our switches etc were live, he even witnessed the sparks, it was only when the plate was removed from your generator that the fault was found, which had already blown all the above. To state this is not an accurate reflection of our service is laughable, as it seems that you as a company are not realising how serious this could have been, you install generators your engineers when called out to faults do not check connections to your Generators? I have bills for £1,000's which were caused by this fault.
