I asked Whitestar to make me a dress for a larp character without knowing exactly what I wanted. We talked through some ideas and looked at some pictures. The finished product, a medieval style dress with white buttoned overdress, is absolutely stunning. It blew me away: I genuinely haven't been this excited about a piece of clothing since I tried on my wedding dress! I had so many compliments when I wore it and it made me feel like a queen. Not only is it beautiful and perfectly fit the brief but it is practical as well. Thank you Whitestar!

White Star made me a plague-doctor outfit from just a couple of inspiration images and basic measurements. It fitted amazingly well and looked so good I genuinely for the first time felt comfortable getting my photo taken. Got lots of positive feedback from other people too. Dealing with Tom was so easy also, always pleasant and made adjustments (removable sleeves) at last minute to accommodate the expected heat wave. 10s across the board, so to speak.

I wanted a striking outfit made for a burlesque and cabaret evening and found Whitestar online. It was my first ever fitting and they put me right at ease; discussing my outfit, taking measurements and making me feel great.Throughout the whole processes no request was too big or too small! They sent me picture updates along the way and even some solid advice on what to accessorise the outfit with. The team made me feel so looked after and the end result was exceptional, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

For my last trip to Venice Carnival,I commisioned Whitestar to make an 18th century sailor's costume, designed specifically to look slightly worn. Breeches, a pair of shirts, waistcoat and frockcoat.Tom took the time to meet in London to take measurements personally.The items were delivered in good time and were perfect. The ideal amount of distressing to gain the look I wanted.Costume was worn all week during Carnivale and photographed well over 30,000 times, including on stage in St Mark's Square.Having the right costume, looking exactly as I wanted while comfortable to wear for hours at a time made the whole trip more enjoyable.Thanks.

Amazing service two beautiful coats, including a patchwork coat that meant making the material first laying the pattern over this to make itthe second one was distressed and aged beautifully including the hand embroidery sections. very satisfied would certain buy more

Marvellous production quality for bespoke outfits, comfortable, hard wearing with incredible stitch work. I requested a coat with an odd design, but my problem was approached by Whitestar Clothing with creative enthusiasm. The end result was spectacular and a coat that is still in great condition after years of usage.

The entire outfit was made on a rushed timeline and delivered on time! I was able to take my nebulous idea of an outfit and discuss it with the maker and get something I really liked in the end. The whole thing is quality and just how I wanted it! Will definitely be back!

Brilliant service, fantastic product. Tom made a silly sketch I drew on a napkin into a reality. Amazed by the quality and the price was very reasonable too. I cannot recommend WhiteStar enough!
