We ordered Ca' Pietra's Carter Azure and Chatham Walnut for our new ensuite and we're over the moon with them - the service was great & the tiles look stunning - its my new favourite room in the house! =)

Very happy with the tiles we bought from Ca'Pietra. For our utility we went for the National Trust Tile collection. The samples were really helpful and the tiles in reality even better. They've been down for a couple of months now and are are super easy to care for even though they get the rough treatment with kids, mud, wet grass and so on:)For our porch area we didn't even bother with samples and ordered straight from the catalogue.. and they are beautiful!

Tiles promised to arrive today, Friday. I was called to say the driver couldn’t deliver because of a width restriction in the road - so I said they could get through at the other end - but there was a “scaffold truck in the way”. So I said they could drive round the block and access via another road - they could’ve worked this out by looking on Google Maps.!They couldn’t explain why the alternative route wasn’t doable - there were several mentions of the size of their trucks which was completely irrelevant in this instance - but the end result is that they couldn’t be bothered and now won’t deliver till Monday.This is after paying £69+VAT !!!!!!!!!! for delivery. Unbelievable, incompetent and a total rip-off.

We purchased Ca Pietra Provence floor tiles for our kitchen, orangery and utility room and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. We love the warm feeling that the variation in colour and pattern creates and they flow so well from room to room. Our tiler thought they were fantastic to lay and praised the quality. We’ve had many floor tiles over the years, but these are the best by far. Exceptional quality, thank you.

Beautiful tiles but appalling buying experience due to awful courier (Owens Group) - refused to deliver because they claimed they couldn’t access the lane I live on, despite being told we receive deliveries in all sorts of large vehicles and have never had an issue. Refused all attempts to find a solution eg delivering to the bottom of the lane. Eventually collected the tiles myself as I felt I had no choice and was dealt with by very rude and unhelpful staff who took pleasure in making me wait while all the lorries in the depot were loaded up. Would be extremely reluctant to buy Ca Pietra tiles again due to shockingly bad delivery service. Very surprised such a well known company is happy with this level of customer service. Having just read the other reviews unfortunately I can see my experience was not a one off. Shocking.

Ordered tiles costing £4.5k with delivery due 24/10 - they didn’t arrive - Ca Pietra said lorry wouldn’t have got down our road due to its size - we have ambulances, bin lorries, removal lorries, skips etc all easily use the road !!! The delivery vehicle hadn’t been to our location - just looked on google earth!!! Paid £312 for delivery - tiles still not here!!! Large house renovation now stalled because tiles haven’t arrived!!! Extremely poor service indeed Ca Pietra!!!You said you were sending a 17 tonne lorry for the tiles to be delivered - I asked why you didn’t send a smaller vehicle if you didn’t feel the lorry would fit down the road? You said you couldn’t answer and a manager would call me back - I am still waiting for the call despite you telling me on Thursday I would hear back from you! I paid £312 for delivery - I request a refund Ca Pietra as the tiles were not delivered to me!!Update - still no call back from Ca Pietra (8 days now since tiles should have been delivered) - called again today to be told that my contract is with the retailer and not Ca Petra - despite my tiles being from Ca Pietra and the delivery was arranged through them also! I have been told that nobody will be returning my call from Ca Pietra - appalling service - buyers beware !!!Update - Ca Pietra have said this has been resolved which is completely incorrect … I wanted to take them through the small claims court as I have still not received a refund of the delivery fee … unfortunately, because I purchased through a small trader, my contract is with them and Ca Pietra pretty much blamed them for everything when in fact it was Ca Petra who arranged the delivery, were paid for the delivery and then didn’t deliver. I have received my tiles but via the shop, who had to make 4 different deliveries - my husband and I had to hand lift every tile off the back of a pick up truck because the retailer didn’t have the means to send a bigger vehicle as Ca Pietra refused to refund the delivery fee. A £4.5k order which I’m sure Ca Pietra made a good profit on, yet my husband and I spent a whole day lifting big heavy tiles off a pick up truck with no apology whatsoever from Ca Pietra. This has been an absolutely appalling service from Ca Pietra who not only let us down as customers but gave no consideration at all to the small retailer who we had ordered through!
